    First Class Service. Highly Recommended.

    With only a few days before a family beachfront holiday to Lanzarote, we decided to order my shortsighted son a mask so he could enjoy snorkelling with me.

    Having owned good quality (non-prescription) masks in the past as a diver, my expectations were actually quite low for a ‘cheap’ mask that managed to cater for a pretty strong prescription. When it arrived a couple of days later, I was really surprised at how good the quality was!

    Lastly, the customer service is fantastic - I’d accidentally ordered a -4.00 in one eye and +3.50 in the other when using the online forms, but was given a courtesy call before dispatch to check if this was an error, which it was!

    My son went snorkelling every day. Made his trip. Would absolutely recommend.

    Superb

    I was concerned about ordering the wrong strength due to astigmatism, so I emailed my prescription for advice & was responded to promptly with the lenses to order. The goggles arrived very quickly after ordering & enabled me to enjoy spotting red sea fish while snorkeling on holiday. Very happy with my purchase.

    In general, having clearer vision underwater was appreciated and this assisted in my enjoyment of the holiday. I did however feel the seal could have been better and the general fit improved. It would have been great for the mask to come with a snorkel even if the price went up a bit. My snorkel didn’t really fit well onto the strap. Generally happy overall.

    Disappointed!

    This diving mask lets water in and is virtually unusable. A pity as the prescription lenses are terrific…
